The Dual Cone Speaker (38 / 105) is a full-range speaker component designed to improve frequency response by using a dual cone structure. This design includes a main cone and a secondary whizzer cone, which helps the speaker reproduce both low and high frequencies more efficiently.
When the voice coil moves inside the magnetic gap, the vibration drives the main cone to produce bass and mid frequencies, while the whizzer cone produces higher frequencies (treble). This allows a single speaker driver to deliver clearer vocals and wider sound coverage without requiring a separate tweeter.
The deep cone design improves sound projection and cone movement, making it suitable for speaker repair, recone kits, and OEM speaker manufacturing.
