Return & Refund Policy

At Venus Sound Tech, we supply high-quality professional speakers and speaker components including diaphragms, voice coils, cones, surrounds, and other pro audio parts. Every product is tested and carefully packed before dispatch to ensure safe delivery and reliable performance.

3-Day Replacement Policy

We offer a replacement within 7 days from the date of product delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective or non-working item

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

You may request a replacement within 3 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a replacement:

  • Product must be unused and not installed

  • Must be in original packaging with all accessories

  • Invoice or proof of purchase is required

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns or replacements will not be accepted for:

  • Used or installed speaker parts

  • Burnt or damaged voice coils/diaphragms

  • Physical damage due to misuse or improper fitting

  • Water or electrical damage

  • Products returned after 7 days

  • Custom or special-order items

Refund Policy

  • We provide replacement only in most cases

  • Refunds are issued only if replacement stock is unavailable

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery

  2. Share order number and clear photos/videos of the issue

  3. After approval, ship the item back securely packed

  4. Replacement/refund will be processed after inspection

Shipping Charges

  • If the issue is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we cover shipping

  • Otherwise, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer
