The Dual Cone 19 / 55 is a full-range speaker component designed with a dual cone (whizzer cone) structure to improve frequency response and sound clarity. This design includes a main cone and a secondary whizzer cone, allowing the speaker to reproduce both low and high frequencies efficiently.
When the voice coil moves inside the magnetic gap, the vibration drives the main cone to produce bass and mid frequencies, while the whizzer cone reproduces higher frequencies (treble). This enables a single speaker driver to deliver balanced full-range sound without requiring a separate tweeter.
